Gabriel Gray

Director of Finances & Operations

Gabriel is one of the owners of Delaware County CPR LLC. He has over 12 years of experience in emergency services working both in rural and urban environments as a Nationally registered paramedic. Gabriel is a skilled provider demonstrating strong decision-making, a dedicated work ethic, and a commitment to high-quality patient care. His professional experience reflects a passion for emergency medicine, education, and the well-being of every patient he encounters. Previous Gabriel Served as the EMS lieutenant at Longwood Fire Company, where he was the lead of their training program. He was also responsible for scheduling, quality assurance and FTO for new and remediating employees. In addition Gabriel works as a Licensed Practical nurse at Kendal Crossland Communities providing skilled nursing care in the long term care setting.

Nicholas Scull

Director of Education

Nicholas one of the owners of Delaware County CPR LLC. Nicholas has been a paramedic since 2011 and serves as the Director of Educational Programming. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Safety Administration and is dedicated to blending the science of medicine with the human element of care.

Over the course of his career, he discovered what we often call “the art of medicine”—a way of practicing that blends science with empathy, intuition, and a deep respect for the human experience.

Married for 20 years and a proud father of two, he believes that every patient interaction is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference. His experience, education, and commitment to compassionate service are at the heart of his work.

Dr. Ilana Baltuch, MD FAAEM CHSE

Medical Director

Dr. Baltuch has over a decade of experience in the emergency room as a physician. After attending university at University of Pennsylvania, she stayed local and completed medical school at Sidney Kimmel College of Thomas Jefferson University, and completed residency at Christiana Care. She has worked at level 1 trauma centers, level 2 trauma centers and community hospitals. She has been core faculty of an ER residency program and been active in resident education for 9 years. In her years working in the ER, she prides herself on the interdisciplinary team approach she advocates, working hand in hand with EMS, Nursing and Trauma colleagues.

Catherine Wrench

Instructor

Catherine Wrench (Kitty) is a paramedic with an extensive 45-year career in emergency medical services. She began as an EMT in 1983 and became a paramedic in 1984, just ten years after EMS was established in Delaware County. Over the course of her career, she achieved the rank of Assistant Chief. Drawn to the field by a passion for helping others, Kitty found that emergency services aligned perfectly with her personality and sense of purpose. She has always been especially interested in trauma calls and finds the most rewarding aspect of her work is giving patients precious time they might not have otherwise had.

Christopher Kline

Instructor

Christopher Kline is an experienced EMT, firefighter, and instructor with over 20 years of service in emergency response and public safety. He serves as a Lieutenant with Tinicum Township Fire Department, overseeing daily operations, training, and emergency care. Christopher has also worked as a Field Training Officer and Lead EVOC Instructor with Crozer Health and remains active with the Newtown Square Fire Company. He holds multiple certifications, including National Registry EMT, AHA Instructor, and PHTLS and AMLS Instructor. A committed volunteer and lifelong learner, Christopher is also a loving husband and proud father of two.

Sean Gane

Instructor

Sean Gane is a seasoned emergency services professional and Nationally Registered EMT with extensive experience in fire, rescue, and tactical operations. At Crozer Health, he served as a Field Training Officer and as one of the leaders of the Delaware County Tactical Response Team, supporting SWAT missions. Sean holds numerous instructor certifications, including AHA and Red Cross CPR, Stop the Bleed, and Emergency Vehicle Operations. As Deputy Chief with the Norwood Fire Company, he commands fire ground operations and trains personnel. His background also includes industrial fire rescue, medical transport, and public safety roles. Dedicated to service, Sean volunteers with multiple fire and EMS agencies, combining operational expertise with a commitment to community safety and education. Above all, his most important role is being a father to his three children.

Lois

AHA Compliance and Records Coordinator

Lois, a Registered Nurse with over 35 years of experience, in the areas of Nursing Administration, Education, Critical Care and most recently the IT/EMR area. During her time as an Educator, She became aCPR instructor and continue to be passionate that people learn CPR skills.

She is the mother of two grown boys. I enjoy spending time with my son, daughter-in-law and grandson, who live locally and visiting my son who lives in Nashville, and golfing as time allows.

Fran Hildwine

Instructor

Fran Hildwine, BS, NRP, has been an EMT since 1986 and a paramedic since 1989. Fran worked for Crozer EMS from 1990 to 2014 rising to the rank of Assistant Chief. Fran also wrote the popular "Hands On" product review column for the Journal of Emergency Medical Services (JEMS) from 2005 - 2017. A graduate of Widener University and DCCC, Fran lives in Nottingham, PA with his wife and dogs.
